By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
References:• You MUST include reference images and a description of your request for your commission to be accepted.--I do NOT accept written descriptions alone
--I do NOT design characters. You must provide reference images of a complete character design
--While you may submit other artists' work as references (such as emotes), I will NOT emulate another artist's style

• In most cases, I will ask you to submit a Google Form to give me all the information and references I need. In those cases, I will NOT begin your commission until the form is submitted!

Payment:• Payments will be made through Kofi.• All payments will be made in USD.• Payments will be made upfront.• In some instances, you may be asked to pay additional fees after the initial payment if you request complex add-ons or commercial use* of the commission.
-- If you are asked to submit additional payment for add-ons or commericial use and fail to do so in a reasonable time, I reserve the right to cancel and refund your request.• After the request as been approved, there are NO REFUNDS.*Commercial use: Commercial use of your commission is defined as any use of the artwork in which a financial trascation occurs (or, any use from which you would directly generate income) such as the creation and sale of merchandise.
Process:All commission requests will be made on Kofi.1. You will first submit your request and payment within Kofi.2. Following your payment, you will receive a link to a Google Form which you will fill out to provide all details and references for your request.3. After I have reviewed your form and we have discussed any remaining details, I will approve your request.4. Once your request is approved, I will add your commision to my Commission Tracker, where you can view the status of your commission.5. With most commission types, I will send you a sketch for approval before I move on to color and rendering. Please request major changes at this stage! I reserve the right to refuse to make major changes after you approve the sketch.6. After color and rendering is complete, I will send it to you for final approval before finalizing the commission and sending you the finished files. You may request small changes such as changing colors at this stage.7. After you've given final approval, I will send your finished commission files through whichever communication method you requested on the form.Feel free to post your finished commission on social media, but please credit me!
Usage:As the commissioner, you may:
• Post your commission on social media (with credit, using the watermarked version, if provided)
• Print or create merchandise for personal use only
• Use anywhere on your socials, including Twitch and Discord (with credit)As the commissioner, you may not:
• Change, modify, or trace my art without my permission
• Use my art for commercial use unless this has been discussed and paid for accordingly
• Use my art as an NFT or to generate AI artAs the artist, I may:
• Post the finished commission, giving you credit, on my socials
• Use the finished commission in my portfolio/gallery
Timing• Commission times will vary, based on my personal life and schedule (I work a full time job so commissions may take me longer to complete than other artists.)-- I will always do my best to keep you updated on the status of your request. As a reminder, you can track the status of your commission using my Commission Tracker!• Feel free to reach out to me to check on the status of your commission, but please do not pester me or message me daily.
